Our shopping cart can be accessed by the link in the upper-right corner of all pages. You can put the items you would like to purchase in this cart while you continue to shop. Placing an item in your cart does not obligate you to purchase it. You can delete the item from your cart later. To put an item in your shopping cart, browse our categories or search for an item by typing it into the search bar. When you find an item you would like to purchase, click on “add to cart.” Once your cart contains all of the products you would like to purchase, click on the “View Cart & Checkout” button to finish your order.
Upon receipt of an order, you will receive an order acknowledgement with an estimated sales tax. Upon acceptance of the order, the estimated tax will be adjusted to the actual tax and the charge will be revised accordingly.
We do accept gift cards, but for security measures, some gift card sellers require the recipient to activate the card before it can be used. Though stores often activate gift cards at the cash register, online gift card sellers generally require the recipient to activate the card once it is received in the mail or via email. If your gift card does not work online, check to see if it needs to be registered before use. Registration usually involves linking a name and billing address to the prepaid card. Though you generally are not required to register a gift card in order to use it in stores or restaurants, the process is important if you intend to use the gift card online.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours after they were placed. We will do our best to accommodate your request after 24 hours, but please note once your order has begun to process in our Distribution Centers we are unable to cancel. Once orders are cancelled, payment pre-authorization related to the order will be cancelled as well.
Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped. If you need to cancel an order after it shipped, please refer to our Returns policy.
Processing times prior to shipment of firearm orders are normally one to three business days providing the FFL information for your purchase is provided to us. Non-firearm orders normally process for shipment within one to three business days after we receive your payment.

If we are shipping you a firearm, we MUST have a valid copy of your dealer’s FFL (Federal Firearms License) BEFORE we can ship your gun. PLEASE NOTE: In times of high order volume these processing times may increase.

We are constantly improving and updating our packaging and products, so the packaging you receive may vary in appearance from what is displayed online. However if the item number on your product matches what you ordered on the website, the actual product is the same.
Shipping charges are applied per order, as displayed during checkout. If you place multiple orders at a time you will incur shipping charges for each order placed and agree to pay shipping charges per our terms on conditions upon checkout. We reserve the right to consolidate multiple orders into one shipment that ships either via UPS or if applicable are palletized and shipped via LTL (freight truck). If orders are consolidated, no shipping charges will be refunded.
No. Placing ammunition in a tumbler can be very dangerous. The risks are detonation inside the tumbler or changed powder characteristics that can result in serious injury during firing.

Yes, we sell and ship to countries outside the United States.
Due to the sales tax law changes the past couple years, tax may be charged depending on your home state. The tax is calculated based on your location.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept money orders and cashiers checks. Those wishing to pay using money order or cashier check have that option on the payment section of checkout (the address to mail these payments is noted next to this payment option.) You have up to 5 business days for our payment department to receive your money order/cashiers check. Please Note: If you do not pay with credit card or ACH we do not hold items from your order. Consequently, if someone else with guaranteed funds buys the same item it may become unavailable and we cannot ship one to you. Once you place an order with us we will set your items aside with your name on them ONLY after your order is funded. This is our only way to know you are serious about the order. If you do send us a check or money order and we sell the item to someone else, we will return and void your cashiers check and/or money order.

Due to the nature of the items we sell, our billing address verification (AVS) is very sensitive. If you place an order and do not receive an order number the transaction DID NOT successfully process. In this situation the charge you see is a pending hold that was authorized by your bank, but that we declined to accept. These holds should be released by your card issuer. Please contact your financial institution to find out how long they will take to release a pending hold.

No, we do not require a special license to purchase. There are restrictions on some of our products and we do ask that you are aware of your local and state laws prior to placing your order with us.
No, once your order has been placed, we cannot add any additional items to your order. Our orders are sent automatically to our warehouse for picking and shipping. You will have to place an additional order for any additional items you may wish to purchase.
The 10% cancellation fee covers our bank processing fees and administrative costs of changed orders. The 10% charge applies to your total order. Our business is not set up to cancel of change orders easily. We apologize for having to implement these fees, but it is necessary in order to keep our prices low for our customers.
